hiya,
I hope you all had a very merry and joyful Christmas and all opened up your Christmas wishes on 25th December...
What I got for Christmas, I was given presents by the infamous Santa Claus and from my friends and family.
What 'Santa' got me...
From 'Santa' I got a ghd hair/blow dryer and straightening iron. I love these presents as my original hair straighteners were given to cousin to 'borrow' infinitely and my hair dryer has melted crayon wax all over it from a messy art project.
I also got ALOT of chocolate... most of which will have already disappeared by the end of the week!
From my mum I found all wrapped up artfully a M.A.C makeup box ( Enchanted Eve face palette) and a mini brush set.
from my Dad I found in a less artfully mess a fujifilm instax mini 7.0 camera and and accessory box.
My brother gave me a Primark gift card and so did my gran.
My crazy Granddad and Nan gave me £100!!
My cousins gave me Kiko makeup and a hair styling kit.
My Aunt and Uncle got me some pyjamas and nail polishes.
From my friend Millie I got an amazing Ted Baker kit full of makeup!
My friend Lucy brought me a wonderful Soap and Glory set!
My Bestie Paige got me a Musical theatre production to see elf earlier in December...
Thats what I got for Christmas!
I hope you all enjoyed all the festivities and I'm so sad that it's all slowly coming to close and the new year is creeping up on us.
Thanks

Wearing glasses
I'm Hiya,
I have new glasses!
Most of you probably didn't know that I wear glasses but I do. I am short sighted and I have just got my new pair of glasses!
I don't think that people who wear glasses should be limited to a certain style or have any restrictions in makeup.
I also feel that they shouldn't be pressured into wearing more or less makeup, everyone is individual and different and should fell comfortable with who they are and what they wear.
I wanted to do a winter edition makeup for glasses wearers...
This winter I'm loving copper and gold colours so I based this around gold and copper...
Enjoy...
(Sorry for the bad picture)

Apply foundation and apply using a foundation brush or your fingers.

Build up to Christmas
Hiya,
Sorry, I haven't posted in ages!
It's getting closer to Christmas, I have finally put up my Christmas Tree and a small bundle of cute festive decorations.
I actually can't wait and this year were going to have Christmas Day at home with about a thousand relations coming round and squeeze into my my house.
Presents are getting wrapped and school is slowly coming to a close. Yes!
Tomorrow I am giving my school friends (yes, I do have friends) some little presents to wish them a happy and Merry Christmas.
I am so excited that I have (tried) learnt the words 'Merry Christmas' in a couple of languages...
English- Merry Christmas
French - Joyeux Noël
Spanish- Feliz Navidad
Greek- καλά Χριστούγεννα
German-Fröhliche Weihnachten
Italien- buon Natale
Latin- bonum diem natalis Jesu
Turkish- mutlu Noeller
Japanese- メリークリスマス
Chinese- 圣诞节快乐
Christmas is celebrated in many different ways all around the world, for example...
England- Spend all day unwrapping presents and having a big meal with your family.
France- they spend their day eating at a delicious meal and have a log shaped soponge pudding for pudding. they normally have a special meal called Rèveillon on christmas eve of early christmas morning.
Spain- most people in Spain go to a service at church like Midnight Mass called 'La Misa Del Galo' (The mass of the Rooster). They normally have their main Christmas meal on Christmas Eve before they go to the service.
Every spends Christmas differently, but where ever you are on the Earth: Merry Christmas!

Christmas DIY's
Hiya
Sorry I haven't posted in a long time but on Friday I went to a Christmas Faye (thing) and on Saturday I was performing in a Christmas concert in the evening and rehearsing for Oliver `Show in the morning so i didn't get time to post.
Well anyways, Today I was at Kingston in the John Lewis and saw some really pretty homemade looking baubles and tree ornaments and my mind started thinking DIY's Christmas style.
So as soon as I got back to my very messy and not festive (so called) room, I searched on the infamous Google 'DIY XMAS' and this is the one I found that is simple enough for me.
Number 1:
Bottle top Snowmen...
This I tried out with my cousins and they loved this simple diy.
What you need:
- 3 bottle caps (off like beer or the J2O's)
- ribbon & string
- paint (black and orange)
- small buttons
- glue (glue gun or superglue - found this out after they kept falling apart when using PVA glue!)
How to make the cute little snowmen:
1) line up the three bottle caps to look like a festive snowman.
2) glue them together at the edges where they meet.
3) wait for the glue to dry.
4) you should now have a basic looking snowman (if you use your imagination)
5) turn over your 'snowman' to see the back.
6) cut a ribbon (so you can fold it in half and hang on a tree) about 14 cm
7) stick one end to the bak of your snowman at its head.
8) wait for it to dry and then glue on the other end on the same spot.
9) wait for it to dry and then turn over the snowman so you can't see where you glued the ribbon.
10) paint on a face in the top bottle cap and 3 dots in the middle bottle cap for its coat.
11) add a piece of string or ribbon about 10 cm to the gap between the 'face' bottle top and the 'coat' bottle top for a scarf.
12) add a button to the centre of the scarf to cover up the glue.
13) wait for it to dry.
14) there you go you have a homemade DIY snowman tree decoration.
I hope you enjoyed this post and I would love to see if anyone made one.
You probably won't though. :(
Thanks

Winter Wants
Hiya,
Sorry this didn't post yesterday but my computer failed me and wouldn't let me publish it so here it is....
My Winter Wants...
My winter wants are things that I need most when it comes to the coldest months of the British weather.
Some winter wants most people will already have but some will be strange and little bit odd.
1) I always need a Primark throw or blanket. My house doesn't have a amazing heating so I live in a white throw which I brought from the local Primark store for about £7.
2) I need a hand cream because I am currently loving the scents of the body shop ones. I own the pink grapefruit and the mango;I love the hand creams!
3) Uggs or Timberlands. These are the most warmest shoes in the world. I love the fury Uggs and the clumpy boots from Timberland.
4)A pair of Dungarees... This may sound strange but its the easiest look ever. A long sleeved top and dungarees and to finish the look a pair of short heeled boots.
5) Some fairy lights. I bought my £1.50 battery operated fairy lights from Primark and hung them around my bedroom. I feel it brings a festive glow to my normally dull room.
6) A pair of fluffy socks....cozy! I love a good pair of socks to keep you warm in the freezing winter nights of the UK weather.

Present Ideas
Hiya!
Pinch, punch, first day of the month! It's the first of December!
Open the window in the advent calendars and put up the tree and decorations.
Advent calendar 'tick'
Tree 'tick'
Decorations 'tick'
Presents....
Who to buy for?
What's presents to buy?
When should I buy them? A week before? A month?
Where to buy them?
Should I wrap them?
What to do?
I have a couple of different presents that your friends and family will love!
1) Lush bath bombs
I find these some of the best presents to get for friends because they are cheap and really easy to get and can look really pretty. This year I'm loving baths bombs because they are all colourful and some are sparkly! Yay!
2) A gift card
This is so simple and mindless. I give these to people for Xmas and birthdays. Give your friends a £10-£20 gift card from their favourite shop. My favourite shops so far are Topshop and Superdrug. It's easy to pop a gift card into a card and be loved until next Christmas.
3) A comical prezzie
A little mug or a some silly £5 prezzie that will make your friends laugh a little bit. It's cheap and funny.
4) a homemade DIY prezzie
A cute little bag of peppermint creams or a special necklace made for you personally. I love these presents because it proves that they have put some effort or thought into your present and not just gone into a store and bought the cheapest thing in sight.
Hope you now have an idea for some simple and quick presents for Christmas presents

Lipstick loving
Hiya
Today I felt like a lipstick post was needed as coming close to Christmas I wear more and more darker lipsticks and I just wanted to share my favourites.
Lipstick is a over bought product in my makeup cabinet and box.
Well here's my Top 5 go to lipsticks for Autumn/Winter 2015...
1) Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipstick in Walk of Shame
I absolutely love this shade because it's that perfect edge for that night / evening makeup look. It suits all skins tones and is gorgeous for that little edge to your autumnal-winter look.
2) M.A.C in Rebel
This is a great lipstick for a day out as it lasts really long. It's a cute plum shade which goes well will hazel eyes and will stand out from simple simmer lipsticks. Gorgeous!
3) M.A.C in Bare Again
This shade isn't particularly dark but is great additions to plain, Laid back makeup for school or work. It will give a shimmer to your lips to make them look fabulous.
4) Clinique Matte in Suede
Another simple shade for everyday. I use my mums Lippy for the weekends because it keeps my lips moisturised and gives a good colour to my lips. This was actually my first lipstick that my mum bought for me so I love it to bits.
5) M.A.C in Half and Half
This colour has a gold shine to it so you can wear it as a day/ night lipstick if you don't have enough time to change your make up look. I was given this lipstick by my cousin who is a massive fan of M.A.C and ever scone she bought it for me I have repurchased it about a thousand times.
I know for sure that bold and bright lipstick might not be everyone's thing but to add a lighter lipstick to a simple makeup look makes every difference. Lipstick will definitely be my go to makeup product for ever more. I love going out to town in bold reds and dark purples to give my face a bit of character.
Well thanks for reading this beauty post

English lessons....
Hiya
I'm currently in a really really boring English lesson.
We are describing James Bond and his traumatic adventures. Bond girls and villains fill my empty head and boredom takes over.
My English teacher also teaches me drama because school cost don't go as far as too employ a subject specific teachers. Cuts, eh?
My friends has written loads sitting behind me scribbling into her red A4 English book. How can she have such a big imagination that she has endless ideas. I have a theory : she's superhuman. (Well if that exists)
Bond films, bond films.... My brain is blank... James Bond? Oh wait the new film? Spectre I think and Skyfall! My brains is slowly waking from it Monday morning blues.
Oh crap! Teachers checking out work... I've only written 3 sentences.... Gotta go!?
See ya

Pray for Paris
Hiya
I would just like to reach out to all people effected by the Paris attack.
I have my heart out to all the families and friends of the victims of the attack. I was crying all the way through the news report and seeing all the effected people made me want to reach through the television and hug everyone.
I was completely in shock and nervous wreck when I first heard that people would just kill hundreds of innocent people who were just enjoying life on a friday evening.
So far Paris has lost 129 precious heartbeats. Paris and most of the world are in 3 days of mourning for the dead.
Paris ne doit pas couler. Nous sommes solidaires. Uni.
Paris shall not sink. We stand together. United.
I am proud of the world for showing their sorrow, bewilderment and solidarity for Paris. We will be strong for Paris, France.

Skirt Style Start
Hiya
Today is more of a fashion post because recently I had bought some clothes from boohoo.com .
I'm not sure about others but my wardrobe is overrun with leggings and jeans, plain coloured tops and sprinkled off with a couple of winter jumpers.
So I took total action and ordered a skirt and two tops. One was a really pretty 'zodiac like' top and the other was more hippie and free flowing.
I absolutely love skirts now and I have dug out a couple more pounds in Sainsburys (yes Sainsburys!) to buy two shorter skirts. One black and one grey.
I have always had a insecurity about my legs, because I have always been pretty chubby and I thought my legs looked like a big bottle of Evian water but then I got bored of being scared of what people thought about me.
I love skirts even though they show my chubby legs but I don't care.
I believe that everyone should find a new piece of clothing that they were too scared to wear but now learn to love it and flaunt it weather others think you look ridiculous or not.
I have found my new clothing love : Skirts.
If you want to find anything to love anew please check boohoo.com because they show new pieces of clothing from different places. Some of the clothes are edgy, some shy, some hippie/bohemian, some bold, some plain and all of them gorgeous.
Some skirts from boohoo.com ...
Thanks

Film Review : Spectre
Hiya
Bit of a different post today, I'm straying away from the lifestyle and kinda fashion/beauty posts.
WARNING
if you have not seen Spectre, don't read this. Film Summary is Below!!!!
Today I watched Spectre in my local cinema with my mum and dad, not forgetting my troublesome brother.
I thought the film was amazing.
There we go, film review over...
Seriously though, I thought of the film as a goodbye for Daniel Craig as Bond because it involved all the previously dead characters from some of the older films Daniel has done.
I felt like the film was a emotional, yet action packed film with enough romance to last a year!
James had a humour back to him and Miss Moneypenny is back with her knowledge and style.
Just a quick summary of the story...
- James Bond is in Mexico where is the festival of the dead. There he shoots 3 men and a building collapses. This story is printed into a thousand newspapers and covers headlines as HQ. Later in the film we find out that the previous M had ordered him todo that after she died.
- James is then suspended by M because of the 'Catastrophe' he caused.
- James then travels around the and he finds a link to all of the deaths a organisation has caused him to grieve over.
- While all this is happening a man called C or Max tries to take over the MI6 and MI5 merge by using surveillance to trick them into doing what he needs.
- James Bond then finds out the organisation is called Spectre and the man behind the hell is like a brother to him because the man's dad brought up James over two winters.
- James meets a girl and they fall in love, not a huge surprise! , well anyway, Bond then blows up a couple of buildings and then the Evil Mans Lair.
- James then finds himself inside the old MI6 building which was blown up at the start of Skyfall.
- James sees the memorial on the wall and in spray paint Bond's name is written under the last engraved name.
- James meets his brother like figure Ernst and he's tries to kill by bulletproof glass get in the way of his plans.
- Ernst then sets a 3 minute time bomb which will destroy the building. He tells James that his lover Madeleine is trapped somewhere in the building.
- He tries to find her and within the last 30 seconds succeeds. He gets out of the building on a boat with 2 second before the building is not more. ]
- The new M then kills C and MI6 is saved.
- The story then shows us a soft side to Bond to where he lets the Villian live and goes off with the Bond girl to live his life normally. But before Bond exits he says bye to his Quarter Master, Q.
- Q gives him a flash car and James and Madeleine ride off into the distance together.
Well overall I did think this was one of the best 007 films I have seen, shortly followed by Casino Royale (which also stars Daniel Craig as Bond).

Anxiety & Panic Attacks
Hiya
I have panic attacks and I suffer from anxiety.
It sounds all a bit cliché, a British blogger who has anxiety and panic attacks, remind you of anyone?
Well anyway, I had a really bad panic attack at school. I had to describe this panic attack to a bunch of teachers and I found that hard to talk and describe what I felt so instead I typed it. I found it easier and it hoped it was easier to explain to about 5 teachers who at the time made me more anxious.
Panic attacks can be different for everybody to has had them. Some are mild and overs are like a living nightmare.
I had a living nightmare panic attack today.
Everything went dark and cold.
My vision was blurry and my mind black and blank.
My senses increased to ultra, I could hear everything really well and really loud for 5 seconds; then everything went quiet and only mouths were moving but no sound could be heard.
I felt like I couldn't breathe and I started to hyperventilate (breathe really quick) but that made my head spin. I cried and wanted to get out but my feet were rooted to the spot.
My legs and hands went all shaky and I just couldn't see a way to calm down.
My friends helped me get outside but that made me get worse and then slowly I started to feel less and less trapped under the spell of anxiety.
But my panic attacks didn't stop there. I had a BIG tidal wave followed by little waves of panic. My big panic attack lasted for about 15 minutes and then I was caught by 6 or 7 little panic attacks of unnecessary panic which made me feel worse.
But after a panic attack I find it hard to eat, drink and talk or just to feel normal again.
I don't blame anyone for my panic attacks, just myself because my brain loses it and goes into 'protect mode' and shuts everything down.
The one tip I get all the time is to "Calm Down" and that is very easy to say but hard to do.
one tip I would give to anyone who is experiencing panic attacks is try to remember a happy memory or place and think of that because it will help you get to a normal state again.
If anyone reading this suffers from panic attacks or anxiety please let me know so I know I am not the only one.
Thanks for reading this

Internet kids don't sleep
Hiya
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Our phones always keep buzzing from social media, text messages from Mum or from friends and phone calls.
My Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat pull me into an alternate universe of photos, comments and likes. I have been sucked into the internet sensation frenzy where more likes = more friends = popularity.
The 'Selfie Rampage'! Yes, I do post selfies of me trying to look gorgeous (Teenage Struggles) but it never really works out well with my double chin and big forehead. I comment 'slang' word like 'Buff', 'Beauts' and 'gorg' AND to prove what I mean I add little emoji hearts and yellow faces.
It's easy to understand I have fallen under the terrible illness of FOBO.
Fear .
Of .
Being .
Offline.
What the hell has happened to me?!
I have searched throughly to find out the conditions...
1) You always ask if there is WiFi, everywhere you go.
2) You go to sleep with your phone or laptop or tablet under your pillow or next to your bed.
3) You treat your phone like its a human being
4) You would rather play with your phone than see your BF
5) When you wake up and before you go to bed you check Insta, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter
6) you bring your laptop, tablet to places they shouldn't really be like a night club or party
7) You think to yourself 'Why meet up when I can FaceTime?'
8) you would rather walk back to home to collect you phone than leave it for one or two hours.
9) You get annoyed because to different country service charges
10) When you have no battery you NEED to find a way to charge or phone or you might as well die.
Well, I can definitely say I am a full carrier of FOBO. I tick the 'YES' box to every single statement!
I am a contant social media checker. I have checked Insta about 12 times while trying to write this post.
Saying that social media has given me advantages that I wouldn't normally have, I can now speak to a person from the USA when I'm sitting in my bed surrounded by my duvet cover in London.
But social media can be rude and hurtful because of people I like to call "twats" because the definition of 'Twat' is 'a person regarded as stupid or obnoxious.' (Google definitions)
Well anyway, social media can connect us but also disconnect us.
While we are all on our phones thinking that were have thousands of friends on Facebook ,who many of those people we don't actually know, can you imagine that only one or two would actually save your back.
I have lost count of how many times I am out with my friends and we are sitting around a table in McDonalds. We ALL have our phones out checking how many likes we got on our Instagram post. we are surrounded in a world of fake connection when truly we are all disconnected.
Please make a connection real by talking to someone face to face and not through a computer screen.
Thanks my darlings

BEEP! BEEP!

From High End to High Street
Hiya
My favourite season is here.... Autumn! I'm so happy, back to fairy lights and cosy nights. I also love autumnal words, my all time faves are...Autumnal, Fall, Leaves, Pumpkins and Cinnamon (smells lovely in candles :) ).
But there is awalys one thing I hate. Wardrobe change. I bet some people are asking why..? I hate updating my wardrobe, all my breezey summer clothes out, replaced with big oversized jumpers and thick coats.
I know for sure that half of you are thinking 'what a wirdeo' but when the cold cathes the fashion world, every store has a leather jacket with faux fur or a big green kharki coat with a army feel to it.
The mens range has a nw spectrum of clothes I enjoy browsing through like check shirts layered underneath a wolly jumper and a dark coloured trench coat topped off with a grey scarf and matching beanie.
I like looking through the high end brands that cost thousands and then sesarch in a high street store like 'Primark' for the cheaper alternatives.
I was looking at a Prada bag (which I know is VERY expensive) but searching around I found a similar bag in New Look and I love it!

I also like searching through charity shops to find vintage and statement pieces of clothing, may it be a neckalce or a top. My wardrobe is covered in a lot of differently ctergorized styles and brands.
You never know what you can find if you dig a little deeper....

Time to Travel
Hiya
This generation needs to travel the world to understand how to truly live your life.
I have visted many different places in my life. Greece ( thousands of times as I am Greek), Paris, Lake Garda, Rome, London, Edinburgh, Wales, The Isle of Whight, Budapest and The North Pole (when I was 5 to meet Santa for Christmas).
From seeing all these places and looking at their cultures, I would easily live in any of the places above because it is so much more lively and intersesting and exciting than South London.
In Greece, I gobbled down a lot of delicous food like Souvlaki, Moussaka, and Greek salad. I also meet a lot of old friends and family who live in Greece. I danced all night with some old life long friends to old traditional music at a wedding and most all I enjoyed speaking the language which you don't often get to do when travelling, but being a Greek I learnt it as a young child.
When travelling in France with my family and once with school, I have enjoyed the amazing veiws at the top of the Eiffel Tower and driving around the Arc de Triumph. I enjoyed creating hilarious memories with some close friends. I also remeber really vividly spending hours queing up for rides and taking bad photos all around DisneyLand.
From my time in Lake Garda on a school trip, I remeber the hotel room balcony which overlooked a tall green grass covered mountain. I can remeber buying incrediby rediculously expensive make-up and covering oursselves with it to make us look terible and completely funny at the same time. I also loved the boat rides over rivers, lakes and seas where we could take a perfect selfie to post on instagram.
Ok. I think you get the idea, and I really don't to brag (although I believe I kinda already have done, Sorry.) I enjoyed myself.
These days I just see my school friends doing stupid stuff like engraving a heart in a brick wall down the park or taking 'cool' photos for Insta, FaceBook and Twitter.
It's ridiculous when the could be going into London too see BI Ben, the Houses of Parliament or Buckingham Palace. Or window shopping down Oxford Street or Bond Street or getting a free personal shopper in Topshop.
I see intellengent people being down-graded to 'Dumb' and 'Thick' people.
So if anyone is reading this, ONE day in this month go and explore a part of your city you haven't been to yet.
You never know, that may be your favourite place from now on...

A Whole New World of Blogging
Hiya
I am very new to this whole world of blogging. I have always wanted somewhere to write down what I feel and any problems or situations I come across. I thought about writing a diary but then I thought 'what's the point of that? No-ones going to read it! It's just a waste of time.' so then I left that idea lingering around in my head for a couple of weeks until I came across 'Blogging'.
At first I didn't really understand it, I thought it was about videos and Youtube but then I found out that's 'vlogging', video blogging. I typed into Google, as everyone does, 'Blogging' and found out that its all about writing down about your day, fashion, food, art, gardening, or really whatever you feel like writing about. I aslo found out that people read your blog to find out what your into or to see the lastest trend.
So, I tried it out.
Welcome to my first ever blog post! I really don't expect many people to read this blog because I am a terrible writer but I'm going to keep blogging beacuse it goves me a way to get away, escape if you preffer, out of my crazy manic life.
I am a 14 year old girl, growing up in a grotty town in South London. I go to the local comprehensive high school, which is even more grotty. I love dancing and fashion and most of all photography, so if you see any photos on this blog, creds to me! Anyways, I have a annyoing little brother who keeps bothering me for help to figure out the Xbox or his laptop or his moblie phone. I have buch of crazy and too enthusiatic friends who are in to anime and old 60's music, and I have my best friend who I have know since I was born, literally! And of corse you have the enemies who come and go accoring to who you make friends with, dress and talk.
By now, I guess you are thinking "Wow! what an amazing person", or not. You may be thinking "who's this person?". Well, I'm am called Cleo. The hippie behind the words, sentances and posts.
I would absolutley love it if anyone, if there is anyone, would stick around and read some of my amazing blog posts, well not that amazing, so just my blog posts.
So, Thanks for reading the start of a new adventure,
